Meet The Team

Owner of Ocelli Inspection Services LLC and of Ocelli Pest Services LLC. Jon gained much experience prior to opening his own business, by working with commercial and residential clients in the Pest Control business. One of his last employment positions was that of managing a Termite and Residential Department of a large pest control company with the oversight and training of at least 30 technicians on a daily basis. During his employment, he worked with home inspectors by performing termite inspections. He also performed remodels within his own personal life. Jon then decided that he wanted to consider getting his license as a State of Texas Home Inspector. Jon took the course and became a graduate of AHIT after passing the rigorous state exam, License #10082. In March 2008, Jon began the business of Ocelli Inspection Services LLC and shortly thereafter started Ocelli Pest Services LLC. Jon is currently active in State and Local Trade organizations, constantly training and learning more to become as knowledgeable on a continuing basis. This allows Jon to stay on top of the ever-changing with new construction methods, materials, and technology.

Jon was a Director of TPREIA North Texas and is now the current President (2018) of TPREIA North Texas. Jon has been able to grow as an individual and within his businesses by always putting his spirituality first. He loves spending time with his family and friends. He is married to his best friend, Kevina. He is the proud father of his daughter, Shannon, and his son, Andy along with his daughter-in-law, Karalee. Jon enjoys hobbies, such as Ham radio, woodworking, and spending time outdoors while camping and hunting.
